Description
Consists of: former Mil Mi-2 light twin-engine helicopter in ambulance version, executed in the characteristic white/blue/orange livery with Red Cross markings and former Polish registration SP-ZXH, aircraft was designed by Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant and built under license by PZL-Świdnik in Poland, the Mi-2 was used worldwide for transport, rescue, ambulance, police and military tasks, the offered example is sold as a static display and is not airworthy, the helicopter is in a disassembled state with the engines missing, the main rotor, tail rotor, landing gear and a large part of the cockpit equipment are still present, the cockpit still has the original pilot seat, controls and various control components, the instrument panel has been partially disassembled and a large part of the avionics and instrumentation is missing, the passenger/ambulance cabin is largely empty, a special object for aviation enthusiasts, collectors, museums, theme parks, event locations, catering or as a decorative eye-catcher, specifications brand: Mil, type: Mi-2 (Hoplite), manufacturer: PZL-Świdnik (Poland), execution: Ambulance / medical evacuation, registration: SP-ZXH, main rotor: 3-blade, tail rotor: 2-blade, landing gear: Fixed three-wheeled, fuselage length: approx. 11.4 m, total length including rotor: approx. 17.4 m, main rotor diameter: approx. 14.5 m, height: approx. 3.75 m, Empty weight (original): approx. 2,370 kg
Remarks
The offered copy is offered as a static object and is ideally suited for museum application, theming, decoration, exhibition or as the basis for a restoration project. The characteristic main and tail rotors are mounted and the cockpit is partly equipped with original control components. The cabin has been largely stripped of its original furnishings. The exterior shows signs of wear and weather influences appropriate to the age and outdoor installation of the aircraft. The helicopter is free for sale.
Any required transport permits, exemptions and other transport formalities are entirely at the expense and risk of the buyer.
The seller has a crane and can assist in loading the helicopter onto the buyer's means of transport.
For the purpose of transport, the main rotor blades (blades) are dismantled by the seller.
Dismantling, loading and transport take place in consultation with the seller.
