If you are unable to collect your lot(s) yourself, below you will find a selection of transport partners experienced in collecting and delivering various types of lots.
Please note: Troostwijk Auctions/Vavato does not provide transport services itself. Any transport agreement is concluded directly between you and the transport partner.
Important points to consider when using a transport partner:
Once your chosen transport partner has collected the lot(s), the risk of damage, loss, or delay lies entirely with the transport partner and/or you as the buyer. Troostwijk Auctions/Vavato accepts no responsibility in this regard.
The seller is not responsible for packaging the lot(s) carefully; please discuss packaging arrangements clearly with the transport partner before transport begins.
Inform the transport partner about the dimensions, weight, and any special characteristics of the lot(s) to avoid unexpected issues.
More information about services, insurance, and transport conditions can usually be found on the selected transport partner’s website.
The use of courier services such as DHL, DPD, or UPS is discouraged, as they often require items to be packaged and labelled, which is rarely possible for auction lots. Troostwijk Auctions does not provide packaging materials on site.
