Description
Rare vintage Scania L8150-C crane truck, equipped with a Wilhag TW 931 A crane with a lifting capacity of 5.5 tons. First put on the road in 1978, this emblematic vehicle is ideal for enthusiasts of vintage industrial vehicles, collections, gatherings, demonstrations or events related to mechanical heritage. The truck is in excellent working order and drives perfectly. It is equipped with a Scania 7.8-litre 6-cylinder diesel engine developing 150 kW (204 hp). All the administrative documents are present. The vehicle is approved in Belgium as a machine tool, so it is not subject to the tachograph obligation. The cab has been completely sandblasted and then metallised and offers more generous interior space thanks to the L110 cab. The vehicle has a very nice overall presentation and is an excellent basis for a collector or enthusiast of classic commercial vehicles. The Wilhag crane was installed on the truck about six years ago. It was perfectly functional when it was assembled, but has not been used since. A check and return to service is therefore to be planned before any use. This remark concerns only the crane; The truck works perfectly. A rare and atypical ensemble, particularly sought after for exhibitions, concentrations, events of old vehicles or to preserve a real piece of the heritage of transport and lifting.
