Description
Equipped with: It is a steel custom build motor yacht, built in 1963, shipyard: Schiff-und Yachtbau Schless. Dimensions 17.50 m long and 4.05 m wide and the displacement is approximately 3,150 m3. Furnishing: Saloon, wheelhouse, forward cabin, galley, toilet/shower room, new engine room, owner's cabin and storage space. The boat has 2 working Mercedes 6-cylinder diesel engines of the type OM 326E, approx. 10.8 liter capacity, 170 hp each. The ship was purchased as a large project to restore it completely as a houseboat, status now is clearly visible in the photos. The ship has been completely hull stripped, blasted and coated, superstructure is made of new steel, actually the superstructure can start again. Almost everything from technology and the interior has been preserved and is next to the ship in a 40ft container. New parts have also already been purchased: New windows and sliding doors (HR++) approx. € 18,000. New custom-made lacquered wooden floor, approx. € 15,000, New bow thruster € 8,700. Location of the motor yacht, ship itself is at a storage yard in Wessem, engines are still for overhaul at an external company, wheelhouse superstructure is too high for public roads so it has not yet been mounted on it, so it can be transported legally, there are loading options available on location, the engines are on pallets and can be charged via a forklift (also available). (when purchased, they come to storage yard after overhaul)
