This professional bain-marie was built-in and in daily use until May 2026, after which it was included in the renewal. Since then, it has been stationary for about 3 months.

Condition / operation:
Up to and including the last month of use, the device always functioned properly and warmed up well. The control knobs are currently a bit stiff — an electrical check (connections, thermostats) is recommended before commissioning. Sold in the condition as photographed.
