Description
This machine is designed to automatically sharpen the chest and back surfaces (the cutting edges and top) of circular saw blades. It is mainly used in the woodworking and metalworking industry to make saw blades with various tooth shapes (such as straight, oblique or trapezoidal) razor-sharp again.
Suitable for saw blades with a diameter of 80 to 1000 mm.
400 Volts, 18 Amps. Connection value 12 kVa.
24 V DC.
Can grind teeth with a chip angle of -25 to + 30 degrees and a clearance angle of 1 to 25 degrees. Works with oil cooling to prevent overheating during grinding.
Additional details
The minimum age for visiting the viewing and collection days is 18 years. Visitors must be able to identify themselves.
During the collection day, a forklift with driver is available, which can be used free of charge. The maximum lifting capacity is 2500 kg. Use of the forklift truck is entirely at your own risk. In addition, waiting times may occur.
