This ensures that small parts are held particularly securely during milling. In some cases, coating residue may remain on the edge.

The heat generated at the milling edge during machining causes it to be melted into the surface of the vilmill™.
A precise fit is created between the milled part and the base, allowing for reliable power transmission.

Vilmill™ as a vacuum diffuser
In addition to heat adhesion, the air-permeable textile promotes an even distribution of the vacuum over the contact surface of the machined part. This is especially effective for complex contours.
Vilmill™ for machining thicker semi-finished products
Only with the final feed depth (0.1 mm - 0.3 mm) is the adhesive film milled and the workpiece is completely separated.
