Tridan RLB45E-30-22-4 Fin Press + 8.5 ton aluminum coil

A complete Tridan fin press line is offered for the automated production of aluminium fins (fins) for heat exchangers, condensers and radiators. The installation has been installed in working order as stated and is offered including the existing tooling, automatic supply and removal and approximately 8.5 tons of aluminum coils. The line consists of a Tridan Tool & Machine Inc. fin press, model RLB45E-30-22-4 (380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 23 A), a Tridan coil feeder/decoiler, a mounted die (Tridan RDVS10R1H81.25 1.08), an automatic discharge and stacking unit and the existing aluminum coils. The coils consist of EN AW-8006 H22 aluminum and contain a total of approximately 8,500 kg of material, divided over several rollers. The machine is designed for stamping and forming aluminum fins in a continuous production process, where the coil is automatically feeded, the fins are pressed, and then automatically discharged and stacked. The installation is set up in a sound-insulating casing and is in used condition with normal signs of wear appropriate to its age and industrial use. This complete production line provides an excellent basis for the production of heat exchanger components and is particularly interesting for companies active in the HVAC, refrigeration or automotive industries.
