The Stäubli TS60 SCARA 4-axis industrial robot is designed for precision and high-performance applications. Supplied with a control bay but without Teach Pendant, it offers a maximum load of 8 kg for a nominal load of 2 kg, with a radius of action of 600 mm. With 4 degrees of freedom, it guarantees excellent repeatability of ± 0.01 mm in accordance with ISO 9283. The axes feature extended travel (±140° for axis 1, ±150° for axis 2 and ±500° for axis 4), as well as a configurable vertical travel of 200 mm or 400 mm as an option. The high axle speeds (up to 2220 mm/s for the 3 axis) ensure fast cycles, while the integrated brakes on the 3 and 4 axes enhance safety and stability. The robot has a compact design with a weight of 55.4 kg in the floor version and 53.7 kg in the wall version, and adapts to various industrial environments thanks to its ISO 14644-1 class 6 cleanliness class and IP54 protection according to the NF EN 60529 standard. It is driven by the Stäubli CS8C series controller, ensuring reliable and efficient integration. The integrated user interface on the forearm offers a variety of connectivity configurations, including shielded electrical cables, pneumatic hoses, and digital and analog I/O, with CAN bus options for increased flexibility. Additional connections are available on the optional tool flange, allowing adaptation to specific applications. Designed to operate in standard industrial environments (temperature from +5°C to +40°C and humidity from 30% to 95% without condensation), this robot can be installed on the floor or on the wall, thus offering great versatility of integration.
