Equipped with: Nowicki MHM stainless steel brine injector, equipped with 41 hypodermic needles, feed/belt width approximately 350 mm, equipped with conveyor belt, digital control and pressure gauge, including brine collection tray with recirculation system, capacity up to approximately 3,500 kg/hour depending on product, injection height approximately 200 mm, dimensions approximately 1770 x 840 x 2000 mm, weight approximately 430 kg, brine reservoir 700x800x600, 400V, 3-phase, 2.4 kW, injection pressure: 0.5 – 3.2 bar, brine tank: 120 litres, closed brine circuit with multi-stage filtration, stainless steel centrifugal pump, suitable for boneless or boneless meat, poultry, fish and fillets.
