De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de ophaaldag is een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden. De maximale hefcapaciteit bedraagt 8 ton.
Kopers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor de demontage van hun kavels. Bij kavels zwaarder dan 8 ton dient de koper zelf een passende heftruck of hijskraan te organiseren.
Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
