There is no right of withdrawal. The minimum age for visiting the viewing and delivery days is 18 years. Visitors must be able to identify themselves. Pickup is through a pickup schedule only. The collection schedule will be announced on working days within 48 hours of receiving the email that you have won lots. During the collection day, a forklift truck with driver is available at the location, which can be used free of charge. The maximum lifting capacity at the location is 2 tonnes. Use of the forklift truck is entirely at your own risk. In addition, waiting times may occur.
