GBS RTT5 copper pipe unwinder, straightening and cross-cutting line with infeed table 9 meters

Professional automatic line for unrolling, straightening and length-trimming copper pipes. The installation consists of a unroller for copper pipe coils, a multi-roller straightening unit, an automatic crosscut saw and a long feed/support table with a length of approximately 9 meters. Thanks to the combination of unrolling, straightening and sawing, this line is extremely suitable for the efficient production of straight copper pipes for heat exchangers, HVAC installations and refrigeration applications, among other things. The straightening unit is equipped with several adjustable straightening rollers for different pipe diameters and has an automatic length measurement with digital counter and control panel. The automatic miter saw is equipped with a protective cover and is controlled via an integrated control. The installation is offered including the approximately 9 meter long infeed table/support, as shown.
