Remarks
In advance, we would like to draw your attention to a number of operational conditions that apply to the dismantling and removal of goods from the shopping centre:
• Removal of goods is possible from Monday to Friday between 6:45 am and 10:00 am.
• On Saturday and Sunday, drainage is possible until 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
• Noisy dismantling work can only take place outside the opening hours of the shopping centre, i.e. before 10:00 a.m. or from 11:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday from 00:00 a.m.).
• Non-noisy work is possible during opening hours, provided that it does not cause any nuisance to the surrounding businesses.
• Night work is possible, subject to prior request and reimbursement of the security guard present according to the rates of the shopping centre.
• The maximum permissible vehicle weight is 3.5 tonnes at the level of the usual loading and unloading route.
• Protection measures for floors and passages will be required during the removal of the goods.
• The cold store must be completely dismantled and disposed of. Same as 2 air conditioning units that can be removed without obligation.
• Part of the gyproc walls must also be removed in order to be able to bring certain installations forward from the rooms behind.

Additional details
Attention: You are buying from a bankruptcy. The buyer is responsible for the dismantling, packaging and transport of the purchased lot.
There is no forklift available.
This auction only includes the listed goods and in no way the goods owned by third parties, and the goods that are immovable by destination. The buyer must take the entire contents with him and must leave the property brush-clean before 27/07/2026. The buyer will deposit a deposit of 1500 € after which he will receive the key for collection. After inspection of the works, this deposit will be refunded if it appears that the works have been carried out in accordance with the rules.
