It is not possible to request the foregoing, including the COC, from Troostwijk, the trustee and the manufacturer. Because the license plate, the COC and the identification plate are missing, the vehicle cannot be registered/registered with the RDW or another European inspection body. As a result, the vehicle cannot be registered, import (and export) of the vehicle is not possible and it is forbidden to drive the vehicle on public roads!
