The SMZ 175.2 from Scheer Machines is a robust sorting grab, suitable for excavators from 12 to 17 tons. Weighing between 635 and 685 kg, this grab is ideal for demolition, sorting, loading, dragging, lifting and stacking work. The grab has two motors and a slewing ring with an impressive turning force of 11,800 Nm and a large gripper opening of 175 cm. The round shells pick up material effectively without squeezing it, ensuring efficient processing. The Hardox blades are rotatable and interchangeable, which contributes to durability and easy maintenance. The SMZ 175.2 is available with various quick couplers, including CW-30, Lehnhoff, S45 and S60, making it widely applicable in forestry and green management.
