De R2 Rinaldi MTZ170 is een compacte rotorkopeg, ideaal voor tractors met 30–35 pk. Met een werkbreedte van 155 cm (totale breedte 170 cm) en een freesdiepte van 16 cm bewerkt hij efficiënt grond en vermaalt onkruid. De unit is uitgerust met 18 tanden en weegt slechts 235 kg, waardoor hij gemakkelijk te monteren en manoeuvreren is. Dankzij de instelbare nivelleerplaat voor de kruimelrol en de hoogteregeling met draaihendel levert hij een egaal eindresultaat. Standaard wordt hij geleverd met kruimelrol (034.1500/B) en cardanas
