De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de ophaaldag is een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden. De maximale hefcapaciteit bedraagt 2500 kg. Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
Let op! De keukens staan niet op een pallet. Staat op de vloer. Wilt de klant /transport bedrijf op pallets, moet die zelf meenemen en zelf erop zetten of je kan op locatie een euro pallet aanschaffen voor een bedrag van €25,- per pallet.
