22,250 books have been physically counted and verified, this is indicated in column M of the attached list. The remaining titles, 171 titles, estimated at 29,450 units, have not been verified and are estimated on the basis of the average pallet stock. Differences are present, the stock is accepted by the buyer in the quantities as estimated, deviations cannot give rise to compensation.
Remarks
The buyer bears the costs of picking and removing these books from the stock at the depot keeper in Paris. These are not included in the purchase of the lot. This depot holder will deliver ready for packaging on a pallet for pickup at an indicative price of 27 EUR (excl. VAT) per pallet. No deposit applies for the use of EUR pallets.
