During busy periods, not all returns are individually checked and are collected per pallet and sold via auction. The lot can contain both opened and unopened items and is sold in its current condition, with no warranty or possibility of complaint afterwards. The goods are on a Euro pallet. There is an additional cost of €10 per pallet. The pallet can also be exchanged upon collection or the goods can be unloaded from the pallet by the customer.
