Description
Equipped with: IMET VTF 500 SHI-E vertical metal band saw, semi-automatic vertical band saw, hydraulically driven, with electronic control panel, mitre cuts from 0° to 45° left and right, hydraulic prestressing clamp with quick start, integrated with the rotation of the saw frame with simple stops at 0°, 45° left and 45° right, graduated plate for reading different angles, saw frame on hardened and chromed guides, Saw guides with carbide pads, additional bearing for saw blade alignment, electronic frequency converter for variable saw blade speed and motor with additional servo ventilation, control device for the correct positioning of the saw blade, saw blade tension 2100 kg/cm², with microswitch for control of the saw blade tension, cutting capacity: round up to 330 mm, square up to 330 mm and rectangular up to 300x500 mm.
