Description
The 20 Quart Planetary Mixer is designed from stainless steel for exceptional durability. With a power of 0.75 KW and a planetary drive system, it guarantees homogeneous mixing for perfect results. Its 20-litre bowl can knead up to 10 kg of pizza dough and between 2 and 7 kg of bread dough, with three adjustable speeds (105/180/408 RPM).
Supplied with a hook, whisk and spatula, it is also equipped with a transparent safety cover with removable opening.
