Ángel Ramírez (Havana, 1954) is a prominent Cuban artist, known for his paintings, prints and installations. His art is internationally recognized and included in museums and private collections worldwide, including the National Museum of Fine Arts in Havana and the Van Reekum Museum in Apeldoorn. Ramírez has received several awards, such as the Order of National Culture and the Biennial Prize of the Critics of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC).
