Prefab spray room with 2 drying rooms connected. Consisting of steel construction with sheet steel panels (50mm filled with rock wool). Front walls and partitions with sliding doors (247x296cm) Back wall and side walls are construction options and remain behind. Soloan 1032 Extraction wall 300x314cm, 110Kw air supply/heating unit gas fired, vapor extraction in middle drying room, separate Soloan DDE vapor extraction for paint preparation space, Room is equipped with Soloan S7 rail system with 35 frame beam trolleys (maximum load 250kg per roll). Plenty of lighting everywhere (IP54 protected). All supply and drainage channels belong to the lot except for the roof penetrations. Equipped with control panel TR-SD, pre-filter/valve section type K600 (required for water-based spraying) equipped with Soloan S4000 Vapor extraction system.
Spraying hours: 619 hours.

- Note: must be professionally disassembled by the buyer himself. Gas, electricity and heating are already disconnected by the seller before dismantling.
