Indian model 402 1931. This is a 1265cc 4 cylinder IOE.
In 1927 Indian buys ACE and in 1928 makes the Indian-Ace which in 1929 simply became the Indian 4 cylinder. This model, the flattanker was made until 1931 and is in my opinion the most beautiful and most sought-after 4 cylinder from Indian. This motorcycle has been used very frequently for round trips in the last 40-45 years. Motorcycle has been fully checked and starts and runs well. New electricity, carburetor overhauled and generator rewound. Older restoration with signs of wear.
