The buyer must bring the entire contents with him and must leave the property brush-clean before 18/10/2024. The buyer will pay a deposit of 1500 € after which he will receive the key for collection. After inspection of the works, this deposit will be refunded when it appears that the work has been carried out in accordance with the results.
