Contents of the barbershop

This lot includes the entire contents of the property, with the exception of the goods owned by third parties as indicated in the Inventory Report. The buyer limits himself to the movable property and will in no way vacate goods that are fixed by destination (fixed furniture, kitchens, sockets, heating, lighting, window decoration, etc.). The inventory can be found in PDF under documents accompanying the lot. Several pieces of furniture have to be dismantled by the buyer himself (indicated on the official report of inventory). This lot only includes the listed goods and in no way the goods owned by third parties, and which are immovable by destination. These goods are listed in the report of inventory. This document can be found under the documents tab. The buyer must bring the entire contents with him and must leave the property brush-clean before 13/05/2024 16h. The buyer will pay a deposit of 1500 € (cash or via Qr code) for the collection of the goods, after which he will receive the key at our office. After inspection of the works, this deposit will be refunded when it appears that the work has been carried out in accordance with the results.
